Women - we over-analyze everything. I over-analyzed that sentence. Tonight, I was sitting in an over-analyzing state-of-mind hoping to over-analyze my way to a conclusion when it hit me like this:
I'm making cookies, a gosh dang! I said just that. Slightly more vulgar, but along those lines. What's funny is coming to a conclusion that has nothing to do with your nonexistent issue. Once an irrelevant conclusion is made, something happens and your problem is fixed. Baking cookies did not solve my nonexistent problem, nothing did because I didn't have a problem. I just wanted an excuse for baking cookies. Don't over-analyze anything I just said. For your safety, don't analyze it at all.
I want to share with you, however, the cookies that will change your life.
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 Cup Banana
1/3 Cup Soy Margarine
1 Egg (Or 1 Small Banana)
1/2 Cup Sugar (Or 1/6C Agave Nectar)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour (Or 1/2C Almond Meal and 1/2C Barley)
Pinch of Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Your desired amount of cinnamon.
1/2 C Carob Chips (Chocolate Chips)
Preheat your over to 350.
Blend Agave (sugar) and Soy Margarine. Add Egg (banana), Bananas, Vanilla and mix.
In a separate bowl mix Flour (Almond & Barley), Salt, Baking Soda, and Cinnamon. Add powder mixture to banana mixture and go for the gold using your hand mixer.
Fold in Carob (chocolate).
I say place cookie dough the size of 1 Tablespoon, two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Fantastic.
I underlined what I used but what I used is an alteration. Both ways are scrumdiddlyumptious.
(How dare Safari spellcheck scrumdiddlyumptious!)
