This Blog Will Change Your Life

I am writing two blogs in one day because I feel bad for skipping out on Friday and Saturday night.  I have excellent excuses:
  1. Last night my wireless router was being Mad Hatter and I did not feel like hooking my laptop up to the modem via CAT cable.
  2. Friday night I was incredibly tired and in bed before 11:00.
Thank you for understanding.

Tonight's blog will change your life.

I love food.  I have always been more on the healthy side, but recently my healthy eating has taken a turn for the absolutely delicious.  I've altered my eating lifestyle.  The vegan world has been brought to my attention and I'm not going full vegan because
  • I love chicken.
  • I eat egg whites every morning.
  • Cheese is my friend.
  • And I was told recently "Don't go too vegan on me."
I've also cut red meat out of my life.  I will however eat red meat if it's what's available.  I really have no problem with some decent cow.  I'm also waiting on someone to introduce me to "steak in the oven," but that's another blog.

I think we should all be scientists in the kitchen, as my friend Christi puts it.  Last week, I marinated some chicken in all of the red spices I have.  I was weary, but it turned out good.  I don't remember what all red spices I have, so that could have been problematic.  I believe that what I am about to share with you is a product of science.

A week and a half ago I received an email from Robert that said "This email will change your life."  Indeed it did.

Consumer General's Warning: If you don't like bananas, this may not be a life changing experience.

Ingredients:
  • Bananas
Instructions
  • Place bananas in freezer
  • Once frozen, remove bananas
  • Put bananas in food processor
  • Process approximately five minutes or until you get:

I will never have to buy ice cream again.  Plus, it helps with my upcoming "30 Bananas A Day Challenge."  That's still in the works.

I added cinnamon the first time and very much so enjoyed it.  Just think of all the magical ingredients you can mix with this.  It's a Banana Wonderland.  Healthy, easy, and the kids will enjoy it!

I've been telling everyone about this "recipe" for 10 days now.  I think it's finally out of my system.  Next will be hazelnut milk.  Talk about a tasty homemade treat.  Assuming milk is a treat.

By the way, it's Shark Week.  My roommate and I need a life.  We sat around in our pajamas all day and prepared for Shark Week.  We had no social interaction after we returned from church.

 I love Photoshop.
