You Serious, Clark?

It's the eve of Christmas.  Right now the Cowboys are playing.  Stephen McGee is in - my mother thought the commentators called him Skeeter McGee.  True Story.

My Mumsy is sitting next to me, knitting something for Brock or Braxton.  I can't remember.  My Papa is in the recliner.  He brought a 24-variety pack of beer.  I told you - the tree's not the only thing getting lit this Christmas.

My mom's car battery died.  My dad is fixing that.  Can you imagine the kind of mood this has put him in?

Lesson learned: Never trust your brother, who's lived in Kansas for almost a decade, when he tells you it's not cold outside.  I went for a run this morning wearing a cold gear shirt and some shorts.  It was cold.  Then it started raining about a mile and half in.  I quit.

Last night, as I had anticipated, Christopher wanted to play Wii.  The conversation went about like this:
Christopher: "Brooke, let's go."
Brooke: "What game do you want to play?"
Christopher: "Doesn't matter.  Whatever game you pick, I'm going to beat you anyways."

True story.  And he did.

Mumsy: How's your job.
Brooke: I've still got it, so it's good.
Mumsy: Boyfriend?
Brooke:

I made the George Bush face.

Mumsy and I are thinking about moving to Germany for a year.  Really, I just need to find someone willing to give up their place of residence in the states for a year and switch with this couple from Germany.  Not sure if Rachel would be down.  So who's with me?

Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.  Enjoy the break.

And I liked this tree.
